Unless otherwise specified and except to the extent Incase products are offered for sale in the United States through this Site, this Site and the Contents hereof are displayed solely for the purpose of promoting Incase's products and services available in the United States and select foreign markets. This Site is controlled and operated by Incase from its offices in Irwindale, California.
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of the State of California.
